RECLAIMED ROOFING:

We collect old slates and tiles from sites throughout Ireland. The sources vary, sometimes they are traded-in against new products, and sometimes buildings are falling down, while on other occasions they have accumulated in Builder's yards for decades.

The materials are brought to our Central Depot, Killoran Slate Quarry Limited at Portroe, near Nenagh, for recycling.

Our Staff are trained to carry out Salvage and we are insured (Employers & Public Liability) at Depot and on Site.

Reclamation involves checking for cracks, holes and other damage. Broken slates, if sound, are dressed down to smaller rectangular sizes with purpose built electric slate dressers.

The slates and tiles are sorted by Size and Type, crated in wooden boxes and available for dispatch to Customers.

 

Slates and tiles are delivered by our own transport to site, always on time. We carry ½ million items in stock at any one time.

Small Plain Tiles 265 x 165mm, Large Mendip, Bold Roll, Ludlow Major and Wessex, Reclaimed Ridge Old staffordshire Blues (75 Deg, 90Deg 105 Deg Etc) Plain Angle, Roll Top and Ornamental.

Sandstone Ridges: Red and Yellow in varying lengths for conservation. Reclaimed Concrete Ridges. Reclaimed Cast Iron windows: Various sizes for conservation.
